Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Night Armour. Please read the following Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully. Information on this website is subject to change without notice.

1. Important Notice: Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled. Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only.

Night Armour is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided at the time of placing an order. If a parcel needs to be re-directed or re-sent due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs will apply and are the responsibility of the customer, as the order will need to be reprocessed and re-dispatched through our booking system.

You may experience longer delivery times during peak periods, public holidays, extreme weather, or Australia Post or FedEx service disruptions that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Night Armour’s reasonable control. While we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timeframes, Night Armour is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control. 

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia):

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Queensland public holidays
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended
  • If there is a significant delay in the dispatch of your order, we will contact you by email or telephone

All orders are processed and dispatched from Pomona, Queensland.

3. Delivery Timeframes: For current delivery estimates within Australia, please refer to the Australia Post Website.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Peak periods
  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Any other unforeseen circumstances

4. Delivery Partners: Australia Post is used for most deliveries. FedEx, or another suitable courier, is used for heavy, oversized, or bulky items that Australia Post cannot accommodate

5. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges (where applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout

Standard shipping: Included
Express shipping: $25

6. PO Boxes: Night Armour ships to addresses within Australia and its territories, including PO Boxes where supported by the selected carrier. We may contact you if your order size exceeds postal or carrier limits.

7. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours.

8. Damaged or Lost Items: Night Armour is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transit by third-party carriers; however, we will assist where possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please do not accept the parcel where possible. Please retain all packaging materials until the issue is resolved and contact us as soon as possible at info@nightarmour.com.au

We will require:

  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the external packaging

9. International Shipping: International shipping is not currently available.

10. Customs, Duties & Taxes: For any international shipments arranged on request, Night Armour is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
