At Night Armour, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Important Notice: Returns of any product for change of mind or incorrect specification ordered incur a 10% re-stocking fee. The amount will be deducted from your refund. 

1. Change-of-Mind Returns: Our change-of-mind returns policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases.

2. To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • The item must show no signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns: 

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases

4. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued, including where:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item is not returned in its original condition or packaging
  • Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error
  • The return request is made outside the 7-day change-of-mind period

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not fit for purpose, or not as described. Depending on the issue, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item
  • There is a manufacturing fault

6. Return Requests & Approval: All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. To start a return, please complete our Return Request Form here. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process and post refunds.

8. Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at info@nightarmour.com.au.

  • Contact your bank

9. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are not refundable. 

10. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. Exchanges are limited to the same item, subject to availability. Please submit a Return Request Form here to begin the exchange process.

11. Gifts: If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a store credit may be issued once the return is received. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

12. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
