At Night Armour, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Our warranty covers all products that do not work properly because of material defects or faulty workmanship, subject to the terms below.

1. Warranty Coverage: Night Armour retains the sole right to determine what constitutes a defect in performance or manufacturing. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Each warranty claim must include a dated proof of purchase and a completed Return Product Authorisation (RPA) Form.

2. This Warranty Applies Only to Products That:

  • Have been installed according to the manufacturer’s installation instructions
  • Have been operated within proper specifications
  • Have not been subjected to abuse, misuse, or excessive voltages
  • Have not been altered, and date code tags, product stickers, seals, or other manufacturer markings have not been removed or altered

3. Warranty Remedy: Night Armour determines it is defective, Night Armour may, at its sole discretion, either:

  • Repair the defective product, or
  • Replace the defective product

Such repair or replacement is the sole and exclusive remedy for a defect in a Night Armour product.

4. Warranty Periods:

0–2 Years:

  • Any defective product will be repaired or replaced
  • All costs for return shipping, parts, and labour are covered by Night Armour
  • Please complete the Warranty Request Form here to start a warranty claim

2–5 Years:

  • Products with manufacturer faults are repaired only
  • Parts and labour are covered by Night Armour
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Please complete the Warranty Request Form here to start a warranty claim

5. Exclusions:

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Products installed incorrectly, misused, abused, or altered
  • Expenses incurred for removal, reinstallation, or shipping of products
  • Incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, indirect, or punitive damages including personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or other economic loss
  • Products returned without following the Warranty Return Policy & Procedures
  • Products damaged during shipping via the RPA procedure

6. Legal and Consumer Law Statement: This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Queensland. Any action arising out of or relating to this warranty must be brought in a federal or state court in Queensland with jurisdiction. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Non-Defective Returns: Night Armour is not obligated to accept returns of non-defective products. If Night Armour permits a return of a non-defective product, it may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 20%, as determined by Night Armour.
